For ease, I have numbered the buttons on the picture, so when I refer to a button, you can find the button I am talking about on this picture:For the only timing, 30 moves/60 mins + 20 mins QPF:
Turn the clock upside down, and press the button on the underside of the clock so that there is something on the screen. Make sure that the flashing number in the bottom left of the screen is anywhere from 25 to 29. To change the number, use Button 2 to decrease and Button 4 to increase. Now press Button 5.
Next, make sure that FISCH is flashing in the top right hand corner. To change this, press Buttons 2 and 4 to navigate. Next make sure the numbers from left to right read: 1:00.00 1:00.00.
You can change this by pressing Button 4 to make the flashing number bigger and Button 2 to make the flashing number smaller.
To change the number to the right of the number which is currently flashing, press Button 5. To change the number to the left of the number which is currently flashing, press Button 1.
When the numbers are correct press Button 5 till the screen undergoes a change, it should say BNS in the middle. Make sure that it says 0.00 on both sides, navigating like you did previously. Then press Button 5, till it says moves on the left.
Next, make sure the screen says 030. When this is correct, press Button 5 until the screen undergoes a change.
On this new screen, make sure that the flashing word at the time is FISCH, pressing Buttons 2 and 4 till FISCH is flashing.
Then make sure, like before, that the screen says 0:20.00, using the aforementioned controls to navigate. Now press Button 5 till the screen changes again.
On the next page make sure that the screen says 0.00. Press Button 5 till the screen changes again.
It should say MOVES on the left, make sure that the screen reads 199. Then press Button 5 till there is another change.
You should make sure now that END is flashing in the top right hand corner. Press Button 5, 3 times.
Make sure that the lever is up on the side of the player with the white pieces. Use Button 3 to start the clock.
